Everything I have done to date has been in support of helping others to be as self-sufficient as possible along the journey to personal wellness and pain relief.

With that being said, there are times when one really needs a hands-on approach and there is nothing better than thoughtful knowledgeable professional massage and bodywork, not to mention that it is GOOD to be GOOD to yourself!
