When I set out to create this blog/website, I wanted to do something that would be extremely user friendly to those who might be searching its contents. My recipes cater to those who have food allergies/intolerances/or Celiac Disease. Although - if you have NONE of those things, they're still great. They are fantastic if you're trying to lesson inflammation.
I personally know how hard it can be to get into the kitchen and fix something tasty that meets with your particular ingredient challenges, and the last thing I wanted to do was to make searching more complicated.
Wanting to do something, and being technically able to do something is not always possible.
Every recipe you will find here will be gluten free. Most will also be refined sugar, egg, and dairy free as well. If you have a tree nut allergy, I do use them quite a bit. They are also written primarily without using VANILLA, as we have a vanilla intolerance in our family. Some of these things are really easy to adjust to your particular needs.
